Customer login areas (inventory systems and shipment tracking) are for authorized customers only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Tracking, status, and delivery information is provided for convenience and is believed to be accurate, but is not guaranteed. Service commitments, rates, and liability are governed by the applicable bill of lading, tariff, and written agreements between you and Custom Freight Systems.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Custom Freight Systems name and marks, is the property of Custom Freight Systems, Inc. or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Freight Systems is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
